Marta started offbeat design to work with organisations needing a shake-up of the status quo. Marta holds a Bachelor in Communications (Media) majoring in Politics, Economies & Business, draws on 6+ years on social impact projects, complex collaborations & systems level problems with Government (all levels), non-profits and business and designing with people from diverse backgrounds, especially young people across Australia. In addition, Marta has 8+ years of experience in creative production, Marta brings a multi-disciplinary, curious eye to every project.
Informed and equipped by tools and mental models across regenerative economic theory & systems thinking, circular economic design, collaboration design, social impact theory, authentic facilitation, business analytics, foresight planning, psychology and first principles; Marta carves outcomes that connect the dots and recognise the layers of nuance in-between.
I have zero doubt our systems can be challenged, evolved and re-created. The journey to those possibilities isn’t a lonely one. I’m all about connected the dots, and finding different ways of approaching sticky problems.
